Windmills for Nomad People of Afghanistan.

C&C purchased the manufacturing and distribution rights for Poldaw windmills in Afghanistan.

We employed several local workshops to make different components of the Poldaw windmill. This particular windmill has only 4 bearing that need grease yearly and was designed to be built in very austere settings.

In conjunction with US and NATO forces, C@C installed Poldaw windmills for local villages and in the nomadic Kuchi people’s yearly migration path to provide water for their livestock.
